Day trip Bavaria: Late Riser - Zugspitze

After visiting Ettal Monastery, we drive to Garmisch - Partenkirchen and on to Eibsee where we take the cablecar to the summit of the Zugspitze (9.788 ft.). On a clear day you can see over a thousand Bavarian, Austrian , Swiss and Italian mountain peaks. Descent by cogwheel train.
